How to find us

Milton House is about twelve minutes’ walk from Bath city centre, in an area known as Bear Flat, which has a variety of shops, two pubs, a bistro and a good Indian restaurant.

Buses 13 and 14 stop nearby - ask for Bear Flat – and a taxi from Bath railway station to Milton House costs approximately £5 - £5.50.


Here are some directions to help you find us:


Click here for a map! FROM THE CITY CENTRE: Head for the railway station and turn right when facing it. After 50 yards (metres) turn left and take the bridge over the river Avon. At the roundabout take the second exit signed "A367 Radstock" (Wells Road). After 1/2 mile (0.8 km.), you meet some shops and the road turns sharply to the right. Milton House is about 150 yards (metres) along the road on the left side on the corner of Milton Avenue next door to New Look Windows.

FROM OUTSIDE THE CITY: Head for the A36 inner ring road which by-passes the city centre on the east and south sides. On reaching the roundabout with the railway viaduct over it, take the exit signed "A367 Exeter / Radstock." (Wells Road). After 1/2 mile (0.8 km.) you meet some shops and the road turns sharply to the right. Milton house is about 150 yards (metres) along the road on the left side on the corner of Milton Avenue next door to New Look Windows.

If walking from City Centre go via Holloway (a road on the map - it's a short cut)
